- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost revenue and guest satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Manage budget forecasting and financial performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue

Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury/premium segment
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management expertise
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of Phoenix hospitality market
- Proficient in Opera and hotel management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Arizona hospitality management certification
