Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out.
- Manage hotel reservations and room assignments efficiently using our PMS software.
- Perform thorough cleaning and inspection of guest rooms and public areas to maintain our 5-star standards.
- Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and speed.
- Collaborate with the front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company grooming and uniform policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
