- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost revenue and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hotel management with luxury brand experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of Fort Worth tourism landscape
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
