Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and event management
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Analyze financial performance metrics and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve escalated service issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 7 years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in luxury/resort segment with P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Advanced knowledge of hospitality systems (Opera, POS)
- Valid Georgia Food Service Manager's certification
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly desirable
