The Role:
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, ensuring that our high standards of service and operational efficiency are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the hotel budget, forecasting financial performance, and controlling operating expenses.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and local community leaders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency to ensure loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems (PMS) and industry software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is required.
