Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens while minimizing waste
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or room adjustments
- Train and mentor junior housekeeping staff on proper techniques and protocols
- Conduct detailed room inspections before guest arrivals
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for any repair needs identified during cleaning
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations including COVID-19 protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional housekeeping experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desirable
