Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for our ML infrastructure, ensuring scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed and accuracy using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and implement novel techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of experience can substitute).
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact ML products to market.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
