Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex machine learning algorithms and models.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and A/B testing to ensure model reliability and scalability.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and data governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade models with measurable business impact.
