Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep neural network architectures for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Lead research into emergent AI behaviors and self-improvement algorithms within constrained environments.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate neural models directly into custom silicon.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of cognitive models to ensure safety and reliability.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Cognitive Science.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and production ML pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
