Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping complex products.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
