Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Own the end-to-end product strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term market trends.
- Roadmap Management: Define and prioritize the 2026 product roadmap, translating complex data into actionable features and milestones.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation leading up to 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to executive stakeholders and technical teams with clarity and confidence.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define success metrics and analyze product performance to iterate and optimize the 2026 vision continuously.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a strategic or lead role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define product strategies for future horizons (e.g., 2026 planning cycles).
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, and emerging technologies.
