Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept and ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Communicate complex product updates and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of successfully launching SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Waterfall processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
