Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical physics into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Optimize existing codebases for quantum hardware environments, ensuring high efficiency and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum computing, AI, and cybersecurity to provide strategic technical direction.
- Define and implement best practices for quantum error correction and data integrity.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI architectures.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or similar quantum development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization algorithms.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
