Nexus 2026 Labs is pioneering the next generation of artificial intelligence and quantum computing. As we accelerate towards our 2026 launch goals, we are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our research division.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical machine learning applications. You will be instrumental in developing the algorithms that will power our flagship platform and define the technological landscape for the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures optimized for quantum hardware.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols.
- Define the technical roadmap and deliverables for the 2026 product release.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish findings in top-tier scientific conferences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging quantum technologies and integrate them into our product suite.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil, or Forest SDK).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, Google Cirq).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on complex system integration.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
