Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of the year 2026? At Chronos Dynamics, we aren't just predicting the future; we are engineering it. We are seeking a visionary Senior Quantum AI Architect to lead our R&D division in developing the next generation of cognitive computing systems.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum processing units (QPUs). You will work on projects that will fundamentally alter how humanity interacts with information, focusing on high-velocity data synthesis and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
Why join us?
We offer competitive equity packages, flexible remote-first policies, and the opportunity to work on "Black Swan" projects that have the potential to change the world. If you are driven by the unknown and obsessed with scalability, this is your call to action.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms tailored for 2026 computing architectures.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and quantum engineers in researching neuromorphic computing models.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize neural network inference on next-gen processors.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and data security in decentralized networks.
- Prototype autonomous agents capable of real-time strategic decision-making in complex environments.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and optimization of cognitive models under high-load conditions.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probabilistic models.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
