Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into market-ready products.
- Establish security protocols for autonomous systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development and complex systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, and Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through rapid scaling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Kubernetes orchestration.
