Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable algorithms that bridge classical machine learning and quantum mechanics. You will work closely with our R&D team to optimize hardware-software integration for next-generation processors.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core logic for the 2026 Quantum-AI Framework, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation strategies to maximize processing efficiency on next-gen hardware.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate generative AI models with quantum simulation environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in quantum computing (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit, or similar frameworks).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
