Responsibilities

- Mentor junior developers and data scientists on quantum mechanics and software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize software-hardware co-design.
- Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations for enterprise clients in the finance and logistics sectors.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in quantum computing or advanced AI.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
