Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of quantum algorithms for Project 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) into AI workloads.
- Optimize quantum code for error correction and coherence times.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for the quantum team.
- Conduct research into emerging quantum technologies and their application in machine learning.
- Translate complex research papers into production-ready software architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Deep understanding of quantum computing fundamentals, superposition, and entanglement.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
