Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for NISQ and fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using error correction techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (MS + 5 years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
