Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable hybrid quantum algorithms integrated with classical cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready systems.
- Optimize quantum circuit designs to maximize qubit coherence and minimize error rates for real-world applications.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and security protocols for the Project 2026 infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Publish technical papers and present findings at leading global conferences to establish Stellar Dynamics as an industry thought leader.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software architecture, with a specific portfolio involving high-performance computing or quantum simulation tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in frameworks like Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
