Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits for cryptographic applications
- Develop error-correction algorithms achieving >99.9% fidelity on current-generation quantum processors
- Lead quantum software architecture for hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and coherence times
- Translate academic quantum algorithms into production-ready solutions for financial modeling
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum software development
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing initiatives and publish peer-reviewed research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU acceleration)
