Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize quantum algorithms for error-corrected quantum processors.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to improve quantum circuit compilation and optimization.
- Build high-level software libraries and tools for quantum simulation.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum error mitigation techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or research roles.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and distributed systems.
