Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Strategies: Design and implement long-term SEO roadmaps that account for the integration of AI in search engines like Google and emerging LLMs.
- Predictive Data Analysis: Utilize big data tools to forecast search trends and user behavior shifts before they happen.
- Generative AI Optimization: Develop frameworks to optimize content for AI-generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) and knowledge graphs.
- Voice Search Leadership: Optimize site architecture for conversational queries and voice-activated search behaviors.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Oversee complex site migrations, schema markup implementation, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with engineering and product teams to build SEO-friendly products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Python, R, or advanced Excel for data manipulation and SEO auditing.
- AI Literacy: Strong grasp of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning algorithms impact search visibility.
- Analytics: Proven track record of using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to drive measurable ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
