Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Oversee and execute comprehensive technical audits to improve site architecture, crawlability, and indexability.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement enterprise-level SEO strategies that align with business goals and drive organic growth.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, keyword-rich content that ranks well and engages users.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure success and report findings to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-authority backlinks and manage PR partnerships.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and gaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in SEO, preferably in a senior management or agency setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Analytics: Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tools: Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal is a plus.
