Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies to target high-value search terms and drive organic traffic growth.
- Manage and oversee off-page SEO efforts, including link building campaigns and relationship management with influencers.
- Analyze web performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and third-party SEO platforms.
- Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and structured data (Schema) to improve click-through rates (CTR).
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO best practices and improve site architecture.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, preferably in a digital agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and mobile-first indexing principles.
