As a key member of our Growth Team, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and boost conversion rates. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and designers to ensure our digital ecosystem is optimized for both users and search engines.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits of the website, identifying and resolving crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup problems to ensure optimal indexing.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies focusing on high-volume keywords and long-tail opportunities to achieve top rankings.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt text) to enhance readability and relevance for search engines.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative industry sources to improve domain authority and trust signals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly reports that highlight achievements and actionable insights.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and market trends to adapt strategies proactively and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side SEO factors. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
- Tool Expertise: Proficient in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions to drive business growth.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
