As part of our elite marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing SEO strategies that drive high-quality traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost brand authority. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital ecosystem is optimized for both users and search engines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement to enhance site crawlability and indexability.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to target high-intent search queries and capture market share.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, including meta tags, heading structures, and content recommendations, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Manage and oversee off-page SEO activities, including outreach for high-quality backlinks and reputation management.
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console to measure success and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement schema markup and improve site speed and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and white-hat SEO techniques.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
