Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic remediation plans to improve site health and crawlability.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword strategies that align with business goals and user intent.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO analysts to ensure consistent performance across all client accounts.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce data-driven content strategies that drive organic traffic and conversion.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, specifically focusing on AI Overviews and Core Web Vitals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a senior strategy or management role.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics 4, and enterprise-level SEO tools.
- Strong technical grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
