Your Mission
You will own the development lifecycle of complex smart contracts, from initial design to audit and deployment. You will bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, ensuring seamless user experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts primarily using Solidity and Rust.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and implement countermeasures against common vulnerabilities (re-entrancy, overflow, etc.).
- Optimize gas costs and transaction throughput for high-volume Layer 2 solutions.
- Integrate external data feeds and oracles to drive on-chain logic.
- Collaborate closely with frontend teams to build intuitive dApp interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for the Web3 team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Vyper, with a strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Experience with cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols.
- Strong grasp of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code to mainnet.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
