- Lead the design and review of complex technical systems and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in modern languages.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
