Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Architecture: Design and implement scalable, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend Development: Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express to power our core business logic.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct code reviews, optimize database queries, and reduce bundle sizes to ensure lightning-fast load times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Deep proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern state management libraries.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
