Apex Horizon Solutions is looking for a Senior Strategy Lead (2026 Vision) to define our future. Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify high-impact strategic initiatives for the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to ensure successful execution of the 2026 vision.
- Present strategic plans and performance metrics to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Oversee the 'Future Tech' incubator program, piloting technologies that will define our 2026 product lines.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in for long-term strategic changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformations and long-term planning cycles.
- Strong understanding of current and future technology trends (AI, Blockchain, SaaS).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in the US market is highly preferred.
