Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the '2026' strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of supporting rapid growth and future market expansion.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks.
- Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, data engineering, and integrating AI into production environments.
