Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Develop and leverage creative sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, events, direct outreach) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the interview process efficiently, including coordinating schedules and providing feedback loops.
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate) and optimize recruitment strategies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stacks (React, Python, Java, Node.js, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
