Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a full-cycle recruitment strategy for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
  • Develop and leverage creative sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, events, direct outreach) to build a robust talent pipeline.
