Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering Directors to define hiring strategies and workforce plans for the 2026 roadmap.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Senior Software Engineers, AI Researchers, and Data Scientists.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean searches, social platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub), and technical communities.
- Conduct in-depth technical and cultural interviews to ensure a perfect fit for our innovative culture.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from submission to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet aggressive hiring goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in the software or AI industry.
- Proven success in placing hard-to-fill engineering roles at scale.
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Rust, Go, React, Machine Learning).
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong network of technical contacts within the Bay Area and beyond.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
