In this role, you will lead the development of high-performance smart contracts and scalable decentralized applications (dApps). You will work closely with our product and security teams to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also secure and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust, ensuring optimal gas efficiency and security.
- Layer 2 Solutions: Integrate and optimize applications on Layer 2 scaling solutions such as Arbitrum, Optimism, or zkSync.
- Security First: Conduct rigorous security audits and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks before deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize dApp performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and low latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and influence architectural decisions within the blockchain engineering team.
- Protocol Integration: Bridge on-chain logic with off-chain systems, including GraphQL and Web3.js.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Core Languages: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with a deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
- Frameworks: Strong experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and frameworks like Hardhat or Truffle.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities (reentrancy, overflow/underflow) and security best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
