Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Move.
- Design and optimize Layer 2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and risk assessments for DeFi applications.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume networks.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to build seamless, non-custodial Web3 user experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Account Abstraction and cross-chain bridges.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in Blockchain/Web3.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with Rust or Go.
- Experience deploying and managing nodes on Ethereum, Solana, or Layer 2 networks.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
