Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors and clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures and inquiries.
- Operations Management: Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, and managing email correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Handle cash handling, credit card processing, and petty cash reconciliation accurately.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access logs, manage visitor badges, and ensure the lobby area remains clean and organized.
- Shift Coverage: Adapt to various shift schedules, including evenings, nights, and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude under pressure.
