Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using Opera PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and credit card processing accurately
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Support event setup and breakdown for hotel functions
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak hours
