Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room key distribution accurately and securely.
- Monitor building security and access control, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, visitor passes, and maintenance requests.
- Assist with front desk administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
