- Ethical AI Governance: Implement rigorous safety protocols and bias mitigation strategies for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years leading high-impact technical teams.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Readiness: Demonstrated experience in researching and implementing next-gen technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, large language models).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional AI certification (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer) is a plus.
