Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the long-term technical vision and strategic milestones for the organization's AI evolution.
- Lead Advanced Research: Oversee the integration of next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into production environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation, transparency, and safety in autonomous decision-making systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, legal, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable product strategies.
- Global Implementation: Guide the deployment of AI infrastructure across diverse global markets, ensuring scalability and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
