Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technological vision for AI and Future Tech, specifically focusing on 2026 and beyond.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the research and development of next-generation algorithms, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership to align technology with business goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical standards, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior leadership role within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
