Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling visual narratives
- Oversee the Foresight Intelligence Unit, mentoring analysts in predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, product, and marketing teams on 2026 product portfolios
- Author the annual 'State of the Future' industry report positioning InnovateFuture's thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
