Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation and execution of the company's long-term strategic roadmap, specifically focusing on technological milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis & Foresight: Conduct rigorous research and scenario planning to identify emerging tech trends, market shifts, and disruptive technologies that could impact our industry.
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to integrate future predictions into core business planning, product development, and investment strategies.
- Innovation Management: Oversee the incubation of high-potential research projects and partnerships with leading academic and research institutions.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential future risks and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies to ensure business resilience in a rapidly changing world.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and external investors in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Economics, Foresight Studies, or Strategic Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership within a high-tech or Fortune 500 environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver long-term strategic initiatives.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
