As a key member of our executive advisory board, you will be responsible for architecting the technological foundation that will support our explosive growth and sustainability goals by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, forward-looking strategy that aligns technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Identify, assess, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced IoT) to determine their viability for integration.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and board members.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the architectural transition of legacy systems to ensure scalability, security, and performance for the next decade.
- Innovation Labs: Champion and manage the R&D division focused on speculative projects with a 3-5 year horizon.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Strategic Planning, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 years) and influence organizational direction without direct authority.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and DevOps practices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from developers to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
