Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Own the end-to-end development and execution of the 2026 Enterprise Technology Roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business goals.
- Horizon Scanning: Conduct rigorous market analysis and horizon scanning to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Operations, to integrate 2026 goals into daily operations.
- Executive Communication: Articulate complex strategic visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors in a clear, compelling, and data-driven manner.
- Resource Forecasting: Assess current resource capabilities and forecast future needs to ensure the organization is prepared for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, enterprise architecture, or technology management.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to create long-term strategic roadmaps and translate high-level strategy into executable project plans.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, market research, and forecasting methodologies.
