Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision, defining clear milestones and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and market trends to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between R&D, Marketing, and Operations to ensure roadmap feasibility.
- Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee the execution of the 2026 strategic plan, monitoring progress and pivoting as necessary.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging out-of-the-box problem solving and future-state thinking.
- Establish key partnerships with external stakeholders to accelerate 2026 growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, executive consulting, or high-level technology leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully navigating organizational change.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
