Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmap, including carbon reduction targets, circular economy initiatives, and ESG compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into product design, supply chain operations, and customer engagement strategies
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics using advanced analytics platforms, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and industry coalitions to amplify impact and drive sector-wide change
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI on green initiatives
- Implement AI-powered sustainability tracking systems to predict environmental impact and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop employee engagement programs fostering a culture of sustainability across 15+ global offices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, or environmental management
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious 2020+ climate targets with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon, or equivalent) and data visualization tools
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or LEED AP credentials strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder communication
